Ships via UPS or FedEx on all orders considered non-truck freight.

We ship worldwide. 

Most products ordered will ship directly within 1-2 business days  of order placement (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders made before 2 PM may ship same day.  In certain cases, however, back ordered and/or direct ship items may take longer. 

If we have the product you order in stock, you will likely receive your shipment within 3-6 business days, depending on the location of your shipping address. 

To get a better idea of our inventory or to know the estimated arrival date of your shipment, please contact us by phone or email. 

Parts must be delivered to a physical address. Full Tilt Performance does not ship products to P.O., APO, or FPO (military address), boxes

**Timeframe:** You may return items within [3] days of receipt. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a return or refund.

- **Condition:** Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

- **Exceptions:** Certain items, such as [clearance or last offer items], are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Return an Item

 **Request a Return:** Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

**Prepare the Package:** Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

**Shipping:** Contact us for instructions on how to ship your package to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

- **Processing Time:** Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within [30] business days.

- **Method:** Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

- **Shipping Costs:** Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

- **Policy:** We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- **Report:** If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within [3] days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.
